Overview

The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and management of contracts between LEARN Behavioral and external parties. The primary goal will be to ensure that contracts are drafted accurately, comply with legal requirements, and mitigate risks for our organization. The Contracts Coordinator will collaborate with various departments, including legal, finance, credentialing and utilization management, to facilitate smooth contract processes.

Pay rate: $19.00/hr 

Responsibilities

  • Initiates new contracts with payors on behalf of the business to expand provider networks
  • Maintains existing and future contracts within the organization 
  • Process and update current files/contracts, in addition to amending contracts
  • Complete regulatory and disclosure requests from payors
  • Provide payors with annual proof of insurance renewals
  • Complete annual department of education renewals and manage and audit school district individual service agreement with school districts
  • Continuously research funding sources for existing and future contracts 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; some college preferred
  • 1-year experience in a contracting capacity
  • Experience working in the autism field or with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
