The HR Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the project plans, documentation and associated materials for a wide range of HR projects under the direction of the CHRO. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and documentation, and ensuring the successful execution of HR initiatives, and the development of related communications plans. This role requires strong project management skills, communication skills, and an understanding of HR functions, policies and processes.
Candidates must live within driving distance to Baltimore, MD for occasional on-site meetings at the Corporate office.
Salary starting at $65,000 annually.
